Senior BIM Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior BIM Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience and strong expertise in Building Information Modeling. The candidate will lead BIM modeling and coordination efforts, ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with project standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and management of BIM models across disciplines
• Perform and manage clash detection and model coordination processes
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project requirements, and quality benchmarks
• Review and validate models, drawings, and documentation before submission
• Guide and support junior BIM engineers and modelers
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve BIM workflows and efficiency

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination
• Strong proficiency in tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
• Solid understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and project execution processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Experience in leading BIM coordination meetings
• Knowledge of international standards (RIBA, AIA, or similar global BIM practices)
• Exposure to multidisciplinary project environments
